All condos are privately owned and can be priced however the owner wishes. Owners are also free to accept any offer that works for their situation. Condominium purchases at The Peninsula Regent are all-cash. A select amount of entry-fee options are also available.

Upon medical and financial acceptance, a Membership approval letter will be sent. The letter is valid for 180 days. At this point, you will be ready to write an offer on a condo.
Step 2: Remit your processing fee. Upon close of escrow, a nonrefundable processing fee of $6,000 ($9,000 for couples) will be remitted to The Peninsula Regent. This step looks slightly different for entrance fee options. Ask a sales counselor for more information.
