Our new entrance fee contracts offer you one distinctive advantage: When you no longer need your residence, your estate will not be burdened with it. Select the entrance fee plan that suits you best:
Traditional Plan: Beginning as low as $329,950, your buy-in will amortize over the first 48 months, after which it’s non-repayable.
80% Repayable Plan: With entrance fees starting at $514,173, this plan refunds 80% of your initial fee when you leave the community.
Why new plans?
Adding an entrance fee model to the existing equity model increases flexibility. Our equity model has worked well for those who prefer to manage condo ownership responsibilities themselves — including reselling the residence when you’re finished with it. Now, our new entrance fee contracts provide an alternative for those who’d rather be free from such responsibilities.
